Satified with an exception

Overall, I have been satisfied with PetsBest. My biggest complaint is the time it takes to process claims. Much more often than not I get an email apologizing for the delay in processing my claim. On my latest claim I actually received two emails again apologizing for the delay. The claim was submitted on Aug 13, 2025 and not completed until 09/02/2025. Much to long. If not for that I would have given PetsBest 5 stars.

Filing a claim is a guessing game

"When filing a claim, the drop-down menus don't include some very common reasons for the claim. For example, hypertension is not listed. When I called Customer Service for advice as to what to choose from the available options, the agent got snippy and didn't listen to me at all."
