One Small Suggestion
Would love to be able to subdivide my vet invoices under two different “problems/reasons for the visit” (so to speak). My girl was seen for an allergy-related shot as well as a secondary infection, making the claim submission a little complicated on my end. But otherwise, Trupanion is fantastic! So quick to respond and reimburse. I can’t imagine having pets without insurance now!

Trupanion has always provided excellent customer service…they are very knowledgeable about their product and professional. Any claims that are submitted are responded to promptly and deposited within a couple of days. We have been extremely happy that we chose Trupanion for our pet insurance.

Highly Recommend for Pet Parents
I've had Healthy Paws for 9 years with my pup, and it has been a lifesaver on so many occasions. We've had our fair share of issues - GI issues, foreign object removal, chronic UTI, and other random sicknesses. It has saved me thousands of dollars and provided complete peace of mind whenever issues arise (and they will!). Healthy Paws is super responsive and reimburses very quickly. Every claim denied after paying for top tier plan
DO NOT use Pets Best for your pet. They have denied every single claim we’ve submitted over the past three years and we are paying for the highest coverage. Complete waste of money and horrible support. I can’t even cancel my policy without speaking to them on the phone, but no one answers after sitting on hold for hours.
