I trusted Embrace to protect my cat. Instead, I got an expensive lesson in insurance bad faith practices. The Setup: Monthly premiums paid on time. Comprehensive policy purchased. Found ourselves with our 6month old pup showing signs of pneumonia. Of course we had to find out with x-ray and other tests. Although nervous, we needed to find out. I worried we would get thru this and then have back and forth calls, paperwork and all going back and forth with insurance. I was relieved to see that it all was smooth and the money was in very, very shortly. Relief for that experience and knowing future ones, if needed, will be the same. Thank you. Staff was tremendous.

"I adopted Mandy when she was a year and a half. I never took insurance out before on a dog, but due to her size I thought it was a good idea because of things that can happen to large dogs, hip dysplasia, ACL, etc. Then my precious Great Pyrenees at the tender age of 4 1/2 developed Mast Cell Cancer. We went through four different chemo cocktails trying to stall the growth, but lost the battle 6 months after her diagnosis. The insurance was a god send for us. Don't know how we could have afforded all the treatment she needed. The claim process was very easy and claims were paid quickly. I will absolutely use your company again when I am lucky enough to find the next love of my life. "

Fortunately, My dog has been pretty healthy. I will say though, every communication with Embrace has been pleasant and they are always responsive. They respond quickly and never mind answering questions about your policy or bill.
