I wouldn’t trust them with anything….
I have held a nationwide pet insurance policy since 2019, all was great until a couple weeks ago. When I had an emergency with my Labrador that unfortunately ended in goodbyes. I had discovered that the policy was canceled due to an expired debit card. I never once received any notification from their billing department via mail, phone or email. We are now stuck paying an insane amount out of pocket. In an attempt to reinsure my remaining pet, I rushed to reapply. To my surprise, Im receiving email and letter notifications with these time sensitive requests. Clearly something has changed on their end. Their previous lack of communication seems intentional. If youre thinking about utilizing Nationwide for anything, DONT. I will not trust them with our business, our policies or our pets ever again.

Embrace Gelp!!
Embrace is great. I love that I am a member for 15 or more years. Very good to us. Yesterday though was the first time someone said they were going to send me a spread sheet of my dogs, Lexi, Jake, and Kings charges( how much did we spend on each dog). I told him that we need an idea of the charges to make an informed decision on picking a new policy. I have not received this spread sheet. This is the first time this has happened. I was being encouraged to maintain the 10000 reimbursement when I am trying to decide on the pricing. The amt has gone up and I need to review my option I was hoping for someone to help me with this issue. No help and no spread sheet. I have been a member for a long time. Normally I have no problems with my claims however I was unable to submit the claim through the regular channels and had to send the information email. I have been asked numerous times fir the diagnosis for this claim for Boo and have replied. I have now just resulted the entire thing because now the suit claim process is working which unfortunately is not always the case. I hope my resubmission helps

Don’t waste your money
I filed a claim for my 17 month old AmStaff. She had a skin infection and bumps all over her body. Not only did it take Pets Best a month to process the simple claim, but they also denied every single covered expense. Their reasoning?! They requested ALL of her medical records. Which is crazy because they HAVE all of her records. This was the first time she’s ever been ill. Don’t recommend them at all!!
