Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Representatives were rude and impatient, unwilling to answer basic questions, and refused to email quotes. No one could explain the significant and unreasonable increase in premiums, and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor. Very disappointing experience and a serious lack of transparency. I really hope that management addresses all the issues publicly.
