Difficult to complete enrollment.

After I got my quote, I had to try several times to enroll my pet. I don't know if there was an issue with the system itself, but I would enter my info again and again and the actual enrollment section or button wouldn't appear. After quite a few tries and days, the system finally took my info and completed the enrollment process.

The Gal who I spoke with was very personable and was very knowlegable of my question. She took time to look into my policies and did not rush me off the phone.

Exceptional service since day 1!

Exceptional service since day 1! The claim process has been intuitive and filing has only taken minutes to do. My claims have been processed on average within 5 days. When I have had to make contact with Spot, the reps are pleasant and very knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience all around!

I have held a nationwide pet insurance…

I have held a nationwide pet insurance policy since 2019, all was great until a couple weeks ago. When I had an emergency with my Labrador that unfortunately ended in goodbyes. I had discovered that the policy was canceled due to an expired debit card. I never once received any notification from their billing department via mail, phone or email. We are now stuck paying an insane amount out of pocket. In an attempt to reinsure my remaining pet, I rushed to reapply. To my surprise, Im receiving email and letter notifications with these time sensitive requests. Clearly something has changed on their end. The lack of communication almost seems intentional. If youre thinking about utilizing Nationwide for anything, DONT. I will not trust them with our business, our policies or out pets ever again.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. I have 3 pets and now have all of them with Lemonade. Fetch has been the worst pet insurance company I have ever dealt with. The are expensive and the reimbursement is terrible. It is like have a bad car warranty that doesn't cover anything. The customer service at Fetch is absolutely worthless. If you are looking for a wonderful pet insurance, consider Lemonade Pet Insurance. Lemonade is fantastic.

Pets best is honest and reliable…

Pets best is honest and reliable coverage! Claims are easy to submit but can take a couple weeks to process. In the end, they always reimburse what your elected plan covers. It’s has already saved us over 10K in medical expenses for our unlucky, but very loved cat.

Embrace Disappointment

My Pet has been with Embrace since he was born and their service has always been a five star experience. Up until I had a claim from 2023 that I realized I never submitted due to ongoing hospitalizations, having two strokes and now I suffer from seizures. When asked if they could please make an exception, the representative placed me on hold for several minutes to ask a manager. I was then asked if I had other claims I planned to submit and I said yes (2) . Due to a recent dental surgery my baby needed. He had abscess, bloody stools etc. She then placed me on hold again, came back and said they would not honor the old claim. I was full of disappointment because I have not submitted any claims since 2021. My plan increases from paying 54, 70 and now to over 120. I just told over the phone I hope you feel better. I just don’t understand where the compassion within this conversation was and ended. I’ve been in the Healthcare industry for over 25 years and I would do everything in my power to help a patient and within the community.

Healthy Paws is a great company

I've been insured with Healthy Paws since getting my first dog in 2017. Healthy Paws is great to deal with and they make filing claims very easy. They have excellent communication and keep customers updated with their claims process. Payments also arrive quickly. I'm very pleased with the company and recommend it to anyone!
