So thankful for Embrace!

Bought insurance when our now 9yr old cavachon was a puppy. Never had to use it until she tore her ACL and required TPLO surgery. Embrace has been WONDERFUL to work with and claims are effortless. And...both our vet and the hospital that did her surgery said Embrace is a great company! I'm recommending them to everyone!

Responsive & Caring Customer Service with Quick Claim Turnaround Time

We adopted our Boston Terrier at middle age. Within the first few months, we got Embrace insurance for her. A few months after acquiring the insurance, she was diagnosed with anemia and Gastrointestinal disease. Embrace insurance has covered all of her claims, and they have had rapid turnaround time in reviewing her claims and reimbursing us. Having Embrace's excellent customer service and response time has made dealing with our dog's illness easier and less stressful. Embrace also had no problem with us taking our dog to be evaluated by three different veterinarians to ensure she was getting the best possible diagnosis and treatment.

sells you the most expensive policy and then claims you exceed limits when you need insurance

Your supervisor Jennifer told me she couldn't hear me and would call right back after we had been on the phone. She never called back. I am distressed that you have not paid anything on the last claims I submitted saying we were over the limit. Is that because Baci died? I also asked if you needed more information from the hospital as you did once before and I requested you review claim # ending 3128 for which you also paid nothing. Did you need any more info on that claim? I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with you as a client since 2008 and before that VIP

So glad I got Embrace!

I was on the fence about whether it would be worth it to get pet insurance for our new puppy. I finally made the decision to go with Embrace, and it was the best decision. It was very easy to submit a claim, when I had a question it was answered promptly by their wonderful customer service agent, and I received payment on my claim very quickly. Definitely worth it!

Very Customer Oriented

We have had Embrace for 3 years and have had 2 dogs covered. This insurance company is extremely fair in their reimbursement, and their process is easy and fairly quick. I have only had to call once, but that was just for information, and the person i spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent company
