I love love love Nationwide! All my claims are processed timely and I've never had an issue with a claim not being paid. My pets are now considered 'senior' due to their age and of course that comes with additional medical issues but Nationwide has been there to help cover the cost of procedures/vet visits and medicines. Huge relief to be able to make sure my babies get the best possible care without having to 'nickel and dime' what medicines/treatments they can receive. I have recommended several friends and coworkers and they are forever grateful.

Trupanion was the best decision we made for our Bayli .
Trupanion was the best decision we made for our Bayli. They are life savers , literally. Bayli had bladder stones and was taken into emergency surgery. Having Trupanion took care of us so we could take care of Bayli. Knowing you have Trupanion, takes away the added stress and worry.

Wonderful insurance to have so that you do not feel conflicted between money and helping your pet!
The overall process of completing the claims and submitting documentation online was a breeze. I also received a full payment (minus the deductible) for my claims without any issues. The only part of the process that was a little disappointing was how long it took to receive the funds, which was over a month. They did email me though at about the one month mark to let me know they were still working on it, so I appreciated that. The transfer of the funds straight into my bank account was also very simple and efficient. I would recommend this product to anyone with a pet!

Nationwide pet insurance is the best insurance out there! Very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable customer service. Hopefully NJ will not raise the raits on petinsure because if they do I will not be able to afford Nationwide's 51% increase.

Our 7 year old collie/pekinese mix had to have surgery on a ruptured ligament on his left knee, the surgeons office emailed the estimate to trupanion and we had email confirmation of approval within 24hrs to approve the surgery and now anything related to this in the future does not need approval. Awesome experience with something that was so scary for us parents to handle. Any questions I asked were answered immediately. Thank you so much, truly from the loving parents of our best buddy Niche!!!

Healthy Paws is a Lifesaver
Healthy Paws is a silver lining when our cat was seriously injured. In the panic at first I actually forgot I had this insurance but knew I had to save our pet. Once we learned he would survive but needed a difficult surgery,I remembered Healthy Paws. What a relief. Filing a claim is as easy as taking a snapshot. Claims are processed in a few days and paid quickly as well. Staff are kind,helpful and genuinely care. I would recommend this company to every pet owner.
