Embrace has been great throughout my sweet boy Orange Guy’s cancer diagnosis. They were prompt with the reimbursements which was super helpful with his care and treatments. So Very Happy with Nationwide's Pet Insurance Plan
We have carried insurance for "Chance" through Nationwide (previously Veterinary Pet Insurance) since he was a very young puppy and have been extremely pleased with the service, timeliness, efficiency, and fairness of the program and system. I recommend Nationwide to everyone I know who is a pet owner. It is definitely a worthwhile investment in your pet.

Nationwide Pet Insurance did what it said it would do for me.
I had VPI insurance for my dog for years and was happy. So when I got two new dogs, I got Nationwide and am very happy with them. I have not filed a claim in the 5 years I have had them until now. I was pleased at the explanation of benefits and Nationwide covered what they said they would. I will continue to tell others that it is worth it, even if just for the piece of mind and security. I never understand the criticisms of pet insurance and the not paying on a claim? You get a puppy from health tested parents, you feed them a species appropriate diet, use titers where appropriate, and you should have few problems. When you do have an illness, or an injury, pet insurance is there to take the sting out of it. That feeling of not worrying about if you should take your dog to the vet because of the cost, frees you up to focus on your pet and their care.

Don't know what we would have done without Embrace
When we adopted Dewey at 10 weeks old from our local Humane Society, I debated whether or not to get pet insurance. I decided to go ahead and get him covered then, just in case we needed it when he got older... he's a large breed, and our previous dog had developed mobility issues when he reached old age. I never thought we'd have to use it much until Dewey was much older, unless he suddenly got ill or was injured in an accident. Then at about one and a half years of age, he developed luxating patellas in both knees, requiring corrective surgery for each knee separately. I don't know what we would have done without Embrace to help cover the vet bills for each of his two surgeries. They were great from start to finish! Their customer service is fantastic, and they process claims very quickly. Thank you, Embrace! Dewey is doing well and recovering from his second surgery. Because of you, we've been able to focus on his rehab and not worry so much about the surgery bills. I'm so grateful for our policy with Embrace!

Great service
Prompt payment, no hassle. Wish they had highlighted or emphasized a direct deposit option when I enrolled, and also during the time I have been a client. I had to call and get that set up after claim was paid, and check was sent. This would shorten the time to get repayment, and reduce chance to lose a mailed check. Overall my experiences have been very positive.
