Right now I have submitted 3 claims for my dog.
Right now I have submitted 3 claims for my dog. So far so good with the response time and processing of the claims. I wish that I was able to submit the invoice and claim form together through your web site. It is my understanding that a claim form needs to be emailed for each invoice the my dog incurrs.
