Do not use!
Do not waste your time and money of this pet insurance! The company has the WORST customer service ever. They are too expensive and deny your claims. I’ve had them for over a year and regret all the wasted money and time using their terrible online glitchy system. Good luck calling into them for help and getting a callback. I called multiple times 2 weeks prior to my dogs dental appointment and have yet to receive a call back. Now they have denied my dental claim! STAY AWAY from this place!

Wait time for person has always been slow. The rates r too high. Had a very unsatisfactory call a while back with a very uneducated rep. I thought u were a very good and reasonably charged company. My opinion has changed to u r better than the next pet ins. Company nor r the reps we have to talk to anything special.

Hands Down the Best Dog Insurance Company
I have been with Embrace for over 9 years and they NEVER disappoint. My 4yr old deaf boxer suffered a FCE in February and has required multiple procedures well over $2,000.. Acupuncture/electrotherapy is must to really help recover from this. Not only do they cover the acupuncture, water therapy but covered a Assisi Loop which I have to use 3 x daily for extra electrotherapy. I am beyond please with the company and continue to get calls from friends asking who I use. I have had at least two people sign up and will continue to "preach" about this company. Thank You Embrace for always making times like this extra easy!!!
