A life saver!
Amazing customer service, they call after every claim to make sure my cat is alright and to make sure I understand my claim. My cat has turned out to be a frequent visitor to vets and ERs, and so while I was hesitant at first to invest in insurance, I am so glad I did!

Excellent service, as advertised
I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. My dog, who is older but otherwise healthy when I began paying premiums, this year needed some medical imaging, consults with a specialist, blood work, and later appointments for chiropracty (something I normally wouldn't have thought about). Embrace has accepted every claim I submitted, and treated me very fairly through this process. I got a clear policy with clear benefits and have needed to use them this year, which is more pleasant than I could have imagined. Claims are easily submitted by email for me, or by fax through my vet. Totally worth the expense!

The Absolute BEST Insurance at the BEST Prices with the BEST Staff!!!
About 3 1/2 years ago when I got my baby pug, I spent hours researching available insurance coverage. I settled on what was then called VPI and now known as Nationwide. I've always been extremely happy with the service and, in particular, the caring folks that have handled my claims. Top that off with efficient and extremely fast service in processing claims and, well, I am one happy customer. I don't usually write reviews, but Nationwide deserves praise for their outstanding service. My pug has already had his fair share of issues from allergies to pneumonia to a few things in between. Nationwide has truly been there for us. As they are for routine stuff like vaccines, heart worm meds, flea/tick meds and all the general stuff us pet parents provide. You really can count on Nationwide being there EVERY TIME!!

My trial has turned into a permanent subscription
I decided to get pet insurance through my workplace during open enrollment. I have 2 high maintenance Great Dane pups and decided i'd give pet insurance a try for the year. If I didn't like it, I just wouldn't renew it. My youngest Dane had an upcoming neuter and gastropexy (bloat prevention) in the new year. We originally thought the surgery had gone well, however, after a few days something went wrong with the gastropexy. Of course, it couldn't have come at a worse time. It snowed that day and the operating vet shutdown due to weather. We had to make 2 trips to the emergency vet to get him comfortable enough to make it through the night to see his normal vet. Of course, all of this was very expensive. Fortunately, my young pup is feeling better. I submitted my claim for all the costs and was pleased to see that Nationwide covered most of the cost (90% after deductible met). Submission was fairly easy. I emailed the claim and a few weeks later I was surprised to see the check in the mail. Many thanks to Nationwide! You have made a believer out of me and I will be a member as long as I have my Danes!

Sam was very pleasant to talk to.
Sam was very pleasant to talk to. She empathised with theissue I was having but told me I had to wait 3 days for another person to give me a decision on my veterinarians appeal since they had the weekend off. Really?Shouldnt another person be able to handle an appeal in a more timely manner?I had no choice-Sam said they had to read 9 pages of notes, whats that like 15 mins to 1/2 hour?Well I dont know the inner workings of an insurance company but did appreciate Sams willingness to help resolve the issue.Hope I get an answer today
