Embrace is everything it says it is, a big Thank You from Jet!!
I am so glad that I made the decision to insure my buddy Jet. It was difficult to choose between who to insure with because you don't know about the financial support until you really need it. My buddy has developed issues that have been running the medical expenses through the roof. Trying to make logical decisions that are in the best interest of my best friends quality of life and what can be financially afforded is a tough thing to do but I just put my faith in Embrace and hoped they would come through as advertised. The answer is YES they have, without question. They worked with my vet to get the necessary documentation and stood behind their promises so now I feel confident that Jet will get the quality and necessary care to enhance the quality of life he has left. Best company EVER!
My 4 year old Siberian Husky decided to eat a chew toy last week.. 3 visits to the vet and several X-rays later, it was determined that he needed surgery! The entire incident ending up totaling nearly $7,000! My dog had surgery last week and I have already received my reimbursement(s) from HealthyPaws via direct deposit! Beyond impressive! I had to make several claims due to visiting different vets over a series of days, but the process was beyond simple. I had to upload photos of the invoices that showed what he was treated for and the amount paid, and within days of each claim I received a break down of the reimbursement amount. I also contacted their customer service department via phone at the beginning of the process and I was met with patience, a friendly attitude and a genuine care for my pet. Not to mention, a follow up email checking on my dog (and me)! I cannot say enough about this company. Premiums are low, great customer service, and peace of mind for you and your pet(s)! 5+ stars!!!! -Kate and Reggie T.

That sucks! Majorly dissappointed!
I have had VIP/Nationwide Pet Insurance since I purchased my 2 English Bulldogs. My main reason for the insurance is their breed can have health issues. The other MAIN reason was my intention to breed my female once or twice, depending how she did with the pregnancy and delivery. So, when inquiring about the insurance coverage I was VERY specific regarding breeding, coverage etc.... I asked the question 10 different ways and went into detail as to specifics, for example...."what if ....happens", "What if that happens...?". Each and every time I was told absolutely covered, yes, that is covered on and on.... Well, I was at the vet to confirm a pregnancy and there were x-rays performed and when I submitted the bill I was informed that ANYTHING pertaining to pregnancy etc...was NOT COVERED. So, my question is, did that employee at the interview portion get a commission because I signed up 2 dogs and she outright lied to me? That is the only explanation I can come up with. I am majorly disappointed. I will not use Nationwide again. I will go to another pet insurance if the opportunity presents itself. Since the dogs are now 3 yrs old I am sure there would be issues if I switched.

Extra Consideration
Thank you so much for doing the extra review of Tigger's claim for dental work. We bought the policy for him when my mother-in-law got him but she was ill and didn't follow her vet's instructions to get his teeth cleaned. We weren't aware of this and since she has passed he is living with us so we took him to get his teeth cleaned. He had to have extensive work done and you had originally only covered a very small portion since his early vet had suggested the cleaning and it hadn't been done. After speaking with your representative and explaining the situation you reviewed the claim again and paid most of the cost. We are very grateful for this care and really appreciate your consideration. We have a policy with you for our other Yorkie and will always have policies with your company. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Fast and thorough
Pets Best is so great. We have been with them for years and so glad we are. They are fast and thorough with claims. I have recommended many people to use Pets Best and as far as I know all are equally as happy as we are.

Can't get any easier
Seriously, this is the most simple process ever. You go to the vet - pay your bill. The vet submits the form, or you could - Embrace acknowledges receipt so you know they do have it, and it gets processed right away (most of mine are within two weeks). I also have the reimbursements deposited right into my checking account. I LOVE EMBRACE!!!
