Trupanion is a predatory company that doesn't care about it's customers. They charged my bank account 5/15 when my bill was due 6/6. How can a company decide they want to get paid early? Get your pet insurance somewhere else!

THANK GOODNESS I HAVE NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE!!!!

My Bernadoodle beloved puppy, has unfortunately had 2 very severe infections, (1 he caught at a horrible dog park in Dallas), requiring 2 overnights at ER/Critical Care Hospitals. Both were very close calls and they saved his life!!! Over $5000.00 w/vet bills/ER bills, etc. Very grateful (so is my bank account) to Nationwide for their almost seamless process of reimbursement (90%). My son recommended Nationwide and thank goodness I listened to him.

Thank God for Nationwide Pet Insurance!

I had never had Pet Insurance before because I had the impression most policies were not worth it. Nationwide has proben me wrong. My precious Josey has had 5 Urinary Tract Infections in the last 8 mo. Which have required many trips to the Vet, an appt. with a Specialist, testing and medication. I don’t know what I would have done without Nationwide. So easy to file the claims and so prompt with payment has given me peace of mind as we try to find a cause for the infections.

Nationwide is doing great with our claims

We have submitted multiple claims for Zeke, our 8 year old Portuguese Water Dog and Nationwide has paid 100% of them less our deductible. Could not ask for anything more. They respond quickly after a claim is submitted and usually pay within 2 weeks or less

It’s only human insurance was this easy

Dealing with nationwide for our dog is actually enjoyable because it’s just so easy. Submit the invoice, wait a short amount of time, and receive the reimbursement. I work in healthcare, and I have never dealt with such a simple insurance process.

Very satisfied.

Excellent customer care service and personel. They take the time to help you file a claim and are very helpful. They never make me feel rushed. Very fast to reimburse my claims. I put my vet bill on my credit card. Come home put my claim in via my cell phone to ASPCA. I am always reimbursed from ASPCA before my credit card bill comes in and I pay it off. Very easy!

Embrace lives up to its claims; excellent service!

I have had my two labs covered by Embrace since they were 4 years old. They are now 9 and Embrace has consistently lived up to its claims and covered exactly what they promised to time and time again and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company! They have enabled me to give my girls the best veterinary care possible.

If you are interested in pet insurance, and you should be, get Embrace!!!

i am so impressed with Embrace. All claims have been paid quickly and without question. Very much appreciated when you are already worried about your much loved family member. I have never had to say no to a test or treatment because of worry over money. I wish people health insurance worked so well!! Thank you so much Embrace. ❤️🐾
