For the first time

For the first time, in umpteen years of my being with Pet First, they missed sending a reimbursement. Had to call and ask if I had cashed it and didn’t remember. Agent was very helpful and the next day I received a note that payment was on the way. Only issue I have had and everyone was very helpful.

Second Chances

I have had Embrace almost a year. I chose them because they were associated with USAA who has wonderful customer service. In the beginning, I seriously considered cancelling because of the first representative I spoke with. Then I decided I would give them another chance. Since then I have had exceptional service and am very pleased that I decided to give them another chance. Service has been exceptional.

I can always depend on straight forward…

I can always depend on straight forward professional support from all associates I deal with at any given time. They are knowledgeable and supportive people I’m not technically smart and wherever I need help in sending out my pet bills they walk me through and help a tremendous support in being patient with me as a 75 year old dog mama Bravo for such wonderful supportive personnel

This pet insurance is amazing

This pet insurance is amazing. Customer service is so nice and helpful. My dog suffered from mengioensifalitis and had seizures from it. The hospital bill was outrageous but I submitted the claim and had reimbursement for my bill within 10 days, which was plenty of time to pay the credit card bill that I put it on. I just cannot recommend a better pet insurance.
