The responses I have gotten.. I added a pet months ago, paid for the year, did so thru the app but he is not there. I used a different email, shouldn’t be a problem, it is, I’ve called numerous times emailed numerous times only to be told it will be taken care of immediately and available in a few days, they would be in the same account….. STILL NOT ON THE SAME ACCOUNT! How difficult is it? I verified all my information and I’m so over this insurance. I can’t submit claims due to this. Look elsewhere.

Terrible company
Embrace has every single document on my dog since birth. I've sent them this information twice but my most recent claim has been sitting in "pending Medical records" for over three weeks. I've cancelled my dealings with them. Terrible to deal with. I've had enough. I'd give them a negative star rating if I could.

I absolutely loved speaking to Amanda Mello! I am a great judge of people even from small interactions and I just love her energy. She was very knowledgeable about the different benefits of each wellness plans. Even when I thought an upgraded plan wasn’t beneficial to me based on the amount of reimbursement vs cost for preventative treatment, she gave me an idea to shop around at other vets for lower cost of service. Little did I know that my local vet charge three times the cost of another location for dental cleaning and anesthesia. Thank you, Amanda for opening up my eyes and making my Fetch insurance worthwhile and beneficial to me. I’m forever a Fetch girl now.

We are in our 70’s and have never had insurance on our pets until 3 yrs ago. I researched and decided on Spot Insurance. Our first claims were this yr and I was skeptical. Our Vets office filed my pets claim and Spot kept me informed about the status of Our claim and paid just like they said they would and in a timely manner . We are grateful to have found a good insurance company for our pet 🙏❤️
