I started using petsbest when my dog was a puppy, months later he suffered his first seizure. Pets Best has made it easy for me to afford his countless vet appointments, his medications, and the surgery he has had. With pets best by my side, I don't think twice about getting him the help he needs. I love pets best user friendly methods so much, that when I adopted a cat, I also created an 'account' for him. I have spoken to pets best costumer service and was given all the details and help I required.

Worst insurance ever!
By far one of the worst pet insurance ever. Filed a claim and they have been denying it trying to make it seem something else. No matter what they don’t want to reimburse money!! They have uneducated people who know nothing about medical denying everything. Getting a lawyer

Every time I’ve needed anything from the spot team they’ve been amazing, and patient. Never had insurance for my fur baby before and I can’t be more thankful for choosing Spot. French Bulldog parent, Happy Customer
We purchased our policy for our French Bulldog when he was 6 weeks- or so- of age and we had it until he passed away. The terms of our policy were easy to understand. When I called for clarification about a claim- the customer service representative was helpful and knowledgeable. 9 times out our 10- the app was easy to use to submit claims and check on their status. The text alerts were very helpful and welcomed. Email communication of the claim processing was also helpful. We appreciated the email from PetsBest when our little guy passed away unexpectedly. I have found Pets Best so easy to work with and so reasonable- that I recommended them to a new French Bulldog parent that I met in the pet store. She was not aware of the need for pet insurance when becoming a French Bulldog parent. Our experience has been so good- that I also recommended Pets Best to a coworker who was wanting to purchase insurance- as a gift- to her daughter for her new mixed breed puppy. Thank you, Pets Best for being so easy to work with for the past 4.5 years- it was a nice, unexpected, surprise.

When submitting a claim the website is always very difficult to use and trying to select a provider or date takes multiple attempts, extremely frustrating.

Most Generally A Positive Experience
Normally very fast and efficient in getting claims processed, but seems to always require one or more attempts to provide all the necessary paperwork. Would also be preferable to have a call center in the US that you can reach for questions, rather than the outsourcing Spot does for claims related questions.
