Very reliable
Very reliable and pay out on claims is very good, very easy to submit a claim also. Would be nice if pay on both Flea prevention and Heartgard in same year not just one or the other since this is preventive care. Also some pets are on prescription food would be nice if this was also covered.

Happy with Healthy Paws!
We adopted our first family dog in May of 2013 and went back and forth as to whether or not to buy Pet Insurance. In the end, we decided to go for it and went with Healthy Paws as we thought they measured up favorably against competitors. We have been paid-back ten-fold since. A year after we got our beloved Nicco, he developed a limp in his front paws due to a congenital defect in his front elbows. He was 1 at the time and required surgery on both front elbows. This was scary for us but we felt like we had a really partner in Healthy Paws through it all. We've since had 2 trips to the emergency room with Nicco and every time we are so grateful to have Healthy Paws on our side. Their representatives are responsive, compassionate and truly understand just how important these furry friends are in our lives. I LOVE Healthy Paws and highly recommend them to all!

HealthyPaws is everything it promises to be and more!
I wish my personal health insurance was a great as the one my dog has via HealthyPaws! The app is extremely easy to use, making submitting a claim and getting reimbursed a breeze. The company cares about my pet and responds to my needs quickly and efficiently. The coverage is phenomenal, there are no fine print clauses to exempt a condition, and they are not that expensive. Their coverage sounds too good to be true (reimbursing you for a trip if you have to come home early due to your pet's injury or illness), but they hold firm to everything they promise and more! I swear by HealthyPaws and will stay with them for all my pets.

A good friend told me about Pets Best pet insurance. Wow am I glad I signed my cat Izzy up with them!! GREAT rates! They actually have an option to not only have the normal "accident and illness" but also to have routine care as well. We all know that not all animals get sick, but the normal route care adds up. Yes, no one wants the extra expense each month for insurance for an animal but when they cover even the routine care alone it is worth it. The customer service is amazing!! Whether it is ont he phone or even chatting online, they are fast and extremely nice!! I highly recommend choosing Pets Best if you have an animal. Anything can happen and knowing you have insurance to help it great!!!

Best Decision For my Pups
I have had Embrace for about four years with my first dog, and I just got it for my second dog when I adopted. Every claim with my first puppy Willow has gone flawlessly. I had the first "delay" with this company regarding my new dog because they wanted her previous information because she was three, even though I had adopted her. There was a delay in processing a claim due to her getting injured, but they delay was far less than a delay with human insurance. Ultimately, she was covered. This was the first hiccup I have ever experienced, and the only reason I am not giving a 10. But during the whole delay, my emails were always answered and the company was stellar in the end. It is the best decision I could have made for my two Brown spots.

Making insurance submission and reimbursement easy when all you want to do is take care of your pet.
Chief is our 2 year old Border Collie/Retriever mix who we have owned for 6-7 months. On the first Saturday in December he was running around our yard as he always does and he slipped, caught his right hip on a raised flower bed and sustained a fracture/dislocation of his right hip. We were devastated. We took him to the ER and we were told he would require major surgery to correct the problem. Surgery went well and Chief is now going through rehab to help with his functional recovery. We submitted our invoices to Healthy Paws. They have been great! All claims have been handled professionally in a very efficient manor. We are kept appraised of claim status from submission to completion. There is so much going on post injury and I want to thank Healthy Paws for making the insurance side of this ordeal as easy as possible. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner looking to purchase pet insurance.
