Easy process to submit and receive payment for claim.
Nationwide has an electronic process to submit a medical claim and receive the reimbursement immediately after approval. This makes this most efficient with the least manual handling. Lastly, they review and communicate claim results in a timely manner. This is my first time with any Nationwide product and I am very satisfied.

Peace of mind for injuries and serious medical issues
We have had ASPCA insurance for Tanner since he came into our home at age 5 months. It would be more cost efficient to just open a savings account for pet illnesses and injuries, but I know how that goes.... something comes up and you go into the dog health savings account! So I think pet insurance is a good idea, and I'm VERY happy with ASPCA. You can choose from different coverage levels. Claim forms are available online and they "remember" your vet, your pet's name, etc., so it's VERY easy to submit a claim. And these are processed quickly. Tanner has a serious medical issue right now and the insurance coverage is a big help. Plus the people are friendly and helpful and I love the fact that they call us to check to see how our dogs are doing. We currently have three dogs insured with ASPCA, two goldens and one Australian cattle dog. It gives me peace of mind that I'll have help paying vet bills should the need arrives.

I am overall very happy with my coverage. I only down rated because my latest claim seems to be taking a good deal longer to process than my other ones. Otherwise, when other pet owners bring up insurance I highly recommend you.

Pets Best really is the BEST! Fast review of claims and super fast payment!!
I have had two occasions to submit a claim for my Cocker Spaniel, Cooper. On both occasions, the processing of the claims was fast and efficient and the payment was super fast directly to my bank. I give PetsBest the highest marks possible for customer service.
