I’m actually very pleased with Pets Best overall. There are plenty of options, the plans are pretty straightforward, the CS team has been helpful when I have needed to call, and they’ve processed and paid claims promptly. Compared to human health insurance it’s a far better and simpler experience.

Excellent customer service
I spoke with Amanda Mello when I first called Fetch, in order to discuss pet insurance. She was so pleasant and helpful, I ended up dealing soley with her throughout the process. She answered all my questions, whether that was via email or by phone call. She was very transparent about the policy. She was prompt in all interactions. And she was alsi very enjoyable to speak to!
