Great experience because they saved my quote
Great experience because they worked with me and provided great explanation and detail for the options being presented. They also saved my quote for months and allowed me to resume right where I left off which was an excellent feature. I spent a lot of time doing homework up front to make smart choices and did not commit to paying. Couple months later I decided this is the best route to go, but forgot why I had made certain elections so being able to resume my previous quote made this painless.

The rep I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me an apples to apples comparison of your coverage vs. my current coverage and I realized I was paying way too much than I should have.

Recent Claim Submission Experience
well, thus far, I've been successfully able to submit a claim via email, a big thing for this "technephobe". MetLife Pet processed my claim, and provided my "refund" (or whatever its term) in a timely manner! Thank you for that!
