Ongoing Treatment

My dog has had an ongoing issue with his nasal passage. It is an ailment that is rare and causing him to have issues breathing. The doctors/surgeons have had to try several different procedures to improve his breathing. It has been a process, thankfully we have Nationwide Pet Insurance. It has been a life saver for us financially and to our dog Enzo. The claim submission process electronically is as simple as scanning the documents and emailing them over. The claim funds are then deposited right into my bank account. A seamless process that I have been very pleased with. Highly recommend!

Nationwide Pet Insurance is a life saver!!

Samson is the love of my life and he is the sweetest and healthiest dog I’ve had! However one morning I saw him vomit with what looked like specks of blood and followed by bloody diarrhea. Samson is my baby and I was in a panic and rushed him to the emergency room. The tests they had to run on him was obviously expensive but I wanted to do whatever it took to make sure my baby was going to be ok. Spending that much money without a notice was overwhelming but again, seeing Samson healthier is priceless. I submitted our claim to Nationwide not expecting much in return and oh my God was I surprised. They covered about 80% or even more of our bill!!! I’m so glad we decided to get pet insurance through Nationwide even though we were hesitant since Samson was so healthy. Also the customer service is so seamless and exceptional. Thank you so much!!

Best thing I ever did was get insurance through Nationwide!

Nationwide had been absolutely wonderful! Knowing taking care of our beloved fur baby won’t put a hole in our pocket and he gets the care he need is the best feeling. I recommend nationwide pet to anyone with a pet they love.

Very easy to deal with great customer service.

I have had Embrace for approximately 3 years. Anytime i have a question a rep contacts me back timely. The wellness package is convenient and the claims processing is very easy. The return on the claim is also pretty fast. I would totally recommend this insurance to another pet owner.

Empowering peace of mind!

When my dog Callie had continually elevating liver values, our vet referred her to an area specialist for further diagnostics. That vet did quite a few tests to try to determine what was going on in her little body, but she also wanted us to wait a few weeks to have some things re-checked. I had racked up some decent bills and didn't yet have a final diagnosis, so I called Nationwide for advice. They said to send everything I had up to this point. I did - but then my vet mistakenly sent old paperwork in, too. That made for a very confusing situation, and I was concerned Nationwide wouldn't be able to figure out what was really going on with the claims I was really trying to submit. They were patient with my questions and did figure out what information was pertinent - and then reimbursed me to the dollar! We are still working through additional tests with our vet, but I am confident Nationwide will be able to help us through to the end of this ordeal. That peace of mind is priceless. It's so nice to not have to worry about insurance when I'm already worried about my beloved pooch!
