Everyone at Trupanion seems to care
Everybody I talk to at Trupanion actually seems to care about our dog. They are so considerate and make the process as easy as possible which helps when I am already stressed about my pet being sick or hurt.

Amazing from the start
Our experience with Trupanion has been amazing from the start. The representative that helped us select our package was patient and helped us customize the best policy for our needs. Trupanion was recently put to the test when our 7 month golden retriever broke his leg. With Trupanion, we only had to pay 10% of the medical costs!! Trupanion made a horrible situation manageable to say the least! Even paid the vet directly, so no need to deal with the mess of filing claims! I've been praising Trupanions service to everyone I know since! If Trupanion is on the fence about getting insurance for you pet, I suggest you look into Trupanion. Best choice I could've made with our new puppy. We are definitely customers for life!!

Changed our Pet's life
We purchased the pet insurance for our dog and cat. After a few months, the dog had a major knee injury and other problems that would require surgery. This insurance was a game-changer in the decision making process since we wouldn't have to shoulder the financial burden of this surgery, and gave us the best options to treat our dog. We are very happy with the Insurance. The first claims took a little time to get all the paperwork and communication ironed out between the insurance and our vet, but once that was taken care of, everything has been smooth sailing since. I highly recommend it. Its great for those Odd, one-off vet visits for the random things that can happen, but also has played a huge role in helping our dog with these big issues.

I have 2 pets on Pets Best, one thankfully no claim, however, the rescue that came to me 2 months ago had an obstruction in July with a 2-day hospital, ALL COVERED minus the deductible! When people ask me if Pet insurance is worth is...oh heck yes! Pets Best is great to work with and I highly recommend them, I have another insurance but the cap is 5K for the year, with Pets Best it's unlimited! Big Thank you to Pets Best Insurance!

The type of insurance that a pet owner dreams of ....
It really shows when a company does business because they truly care and that's what Healthy Paws, proved to me. I've been with them for 5 years . My dog Romeo was always pretty healthy even though we found out he has epilepsy a few years ago . Recently though we found he had a cyst that needed to be taken care of ASAP and a couple more procedures that demanded surgery . The total was more then I could afford to advance since I'm not currently working. When I called them to see what could be done, I was told to put them in contact with my vet to get the total of the procedure . Within a few days the surgery was approved, I didn't have to do anything more then that one phone call . Now my dog is recuperating, the vet was paid immediately and I only had to pay 10% of the total which was a great relief . In the past they also paid claims that were over a year old too (for his seizure medication). I can say I feel great to face the future with a pet insurance that cares . Mind you , the insurance emailed me a few days later to see how Romeo was doing which was heartwarming . Wish our human insurance were as smooth, compassionate, efficient and well priced as they are . I highly recommend them ... I cannot say enough good words ..
