Very easy and fast claims process
Our pug puppy Nando has had a few minor health problems during his first year of life and we've been grateful to help Nationwide on our side. Submitting claims using the VitusVet app is extremely easy and claims have been processed quickly. I don't always remember the benefit limits and exceptions so have had to read the EOB or speak to Nationwide on a couple of occasions - those interactions always end with clarity. I feel the coverage is fair and good value, and gives me comfort that I won't ever be in a position where I have to sacrifice the quality of my pet's care out of fear that my insurance won't provide reasonable coverage. This is the best pet insurance available - better than some human health insurance policies! They pay promptly and the representatives are always receptive and helpful. Your problem is usually solved within minutes. Highly recommend this company!

Peace of MInd
I've had insurance for my Schatzi since she was 1 year old and have never regretted it. It's always a peace of mind knowing that she's covered (for 90% of her shenanigans). When people ask about pet insurance i tell them what I have and that I've only ever been 100% satisfied with my decision. The last visit to the Vet she had stopped eating her food and was extremely lethargic after Xmas. I didn't have to overthink my decision and she was feeling good as new after a few days of medication and rest.

Very responsive company
I have been with Embrace for close to a year and have found them to be very quick to settle claims. When I call them they are very helpful. My dog that is covered is soon to turn 11 and has developed Diabetes since I signed her up. Definitely a good choice.
