The last two claims are taking far to long to resolve.
The last two claims are taking far to long to resolve. Spoke to the vets office and they said they send you EVERYTHING. I’ve been a client a long time. I know my cat has been sick lately but that’s what insurance is for. You’ll be getting two additional claims. One for today as her eyes were getting worse and had to revisit the vet and one for Monday to extract stitches on her face tumor. I really don’t want these to take forever as you are always sent all the information to complete these claims in a timely fashion. This is the first time this has happened. It’s a lot of money and I need it. That’s why I insured her. There is your answer

Every time we call Trupanion we are treated like we’re your only client. We couldn’t be happier with the coverage we have received and the customer service. Everyone we speak with is top notch. Scott was great. He asked about our dog by name. It feels like you al know Pablo, even though you’ve never met him!

I have had excellent service and quick responses from Trupanion over the years.
I have had excellent service and quick responses from Trupanion over the years. My dog is now 13-1/2 and needs an echocardiogram. I was told to submit a pre-approval form for this procedure. He was diagnosed with DCM. The Echocardiogram is necessary in order to fully assess this condition and prescribe meds. I just wonder why this procedure requires a pre-approval.....
