Everyone has always been helpful!! When Bella had her first surgery I paid the bill in full and Trupanion paid me back very fast. Great knowing we have them for Bella!!

My experience so far has been exceptional. Customer service staff are always pleasant, responsive and very helpful. Claims are a breeze to make with the app particularly. If there is any little glitch like once the pic did not come out well, they are a phone call away. never a wait, and I just emailed the bill and it was added to the claim immediately. Turn around time was before was about 2 weeks. 90% covered after the deductible as agreed upon. Highly recommended and as a matter of fact, I did, and my girlfriend now has her little doggy covered.

You get a great percentage back on your claims and prompt service. I also love that they have an app now. It makes filing a claim so much more convenient. And they always call to check on Jax after I file a claim to make sure he's feeling better.

Nationwide was by our side.
Nationwide was by our side. Nationwide stood by their word and reimbursed my boys medical costs from his patella surgery. Everyone was kind and professional. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to receive said reimbursement. It did take just over two months.
