Fantastic!!!
My fur-baby had to giant lump on the side of his body which was causing him some discomfort. I took him to see our vet and it was recommended for removal and testing. Due to the size and location we were estimated @ $1200. Knowing Nationwide was really on our side we did not hesitate and got him the best care possible. Great news results came back negative and even better news Nationwide processed our claim and was reimbursed within 4 weeks. Thank you Nationwide!!!

It is offensive when you write "glad we could help out with the cost of the visit", as I am paying premium rates for coverage.
The insurance is good and the reimbursement payments are timely. However, emails sent are highly offensive. My dog needed a flu vaccine because there was a flu epidemic in our area. I did not appreciate a follow up email hinting that she was not well. I also take offense at the idea that the insurance is "helping out". Wording is insensitive. I am paying for that "help" . Please be more mindful in future communications .

I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness of Nationwide Pet Insurance. As per requests, I have submitted detailed invoices from Vet along with the vet's notes with regards to Tease. Within a month, I have received reimbursement. I couldn't be happier with Nationwide! I have sung your praises to friends.

Worth the peace of mind
