Speedy Service and Great Customer Care!
I've had this policy for the past 5-6 years now and haven't ever had to use it until the past few months when I learned my dog had a mature cataract. Not only were the representatives helpful but, they cared about getting my dog the best coverage and reimbursement. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience!
Amazing experience! Awesome and caring customer service.This is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with - almost next to no questions asked when it came to claims - straight forward request for documents - covered 90% of a huge fat bill - took a big burden of my shoulder! Thank you everyone at ASPCA, especially the customer care and claims specialist that I directly dealt with :)

Well worth it
We have insurance on both our beagles... their noses get them into trouble. Nationwide is quick, easy and we have had ZERO issues with filing a claim or being reimbursed! Can not believe we did not do this sooner.

Never had issues with claims.
Dealing with our dog's sickness the past year & eventual death was difficult but we never had any issues with our claims. Everything was easy, straightforward & responsive & we appreciate the ease with which the policy was cancelled after Atticus died. Thank you so much. Each time I have had to submit a claim for Bosco it has been handled quickly. The few times I have spoken with a representative on the phone they have been friendly and professional and answered questions to my satisfaction. With today's advances in veterinary medicine and the cost of good pet care, having good pet insurance is almost a necessity.
