Never had issues with claims.
Dealing with our dog's sickness the past year & eventual death was difficult but we never had any issues with our claims. Everything was easy, straightforward & responsive & we appreciate the ease with which the policy was cancelled after Atticus died. Thank you so much. We will definitely use Pets Best again in the future if we get another pet. Thank you.

Each time I have had to submit a claim for Bosco it has been handled quickly. The few times I have spoken with a representative on the phone they have been friendly and professional and answered questions to my satisfaction. With today's advances in veterinary medicine and the cost of good pet care, having good pet insurance is almost a necessity.
