Very Happy!
We adopted Zoey nearly 2 years ago and immediately purchased Nationwide Pet Insurance for her. I was skeptical about pet insurance, but had no idea what her background was or how healthy she might be, so I felt much more at ease having a policy for her. She had a few existing conditions that will never be covered...understandable...but for every other health, allergy or behavior issue that has arisen, Nationwide has paid out as promised. Their service pays out exactly as advertised and has allowed us to give her the best care available. We are grateful that it has helped us turn an abandoned, frightened dog into a beautiful, happy family member!

Great customer service
All the people i spoke with in regards to my pets surgery truely seemed to care. Customer service was great. Even recieved a card signed by Trupanion staff to my Pooch wishing her well. Customer service is not dead with this group.

Always There When I Need Them!
My Yorkie has encountered a number of medical issues in her 11 years, some genetic and other unforeseen (like being attacked by a much larger dog). ASPCA pet insurance has always been there for us, never disputing a claim. They pay promptly and make a difficult situation a little bit easier. I would highly recommend them.

I am writing this review as a devoted pet parent. My dog recently had major surgery. If not for this insurance from Healthy Paws I would have been struggling with paying the bill. I just want to let everyone know how much I believe in pet insurance. Healthy Paws has been with us every step of the process, for this claim they are a very dedicated company. They are so dedicated to their clients that they sent me an email inquiring about how my dog’s recovery was going. Every time I had the pleasure of talking to someone, they were very helpful and very caring. If you purchase this insurance from Healthy Paws it will give you peace of mind to be able to help your pet.

Matt showed empathy and compassion.
Matt showed empathy and compassion. Trupanion has been amazing and a good friend to JJ for the past 8 years. Every time we've needed trupanion the staff had been right there to comfort and look after us. I recommend trupanion to everyone I know. Not only for peace of mind but when your faced with a situation you are not financially prepared for trupanion makes sure you can properly care for your furry loved ones. JJ is my baby and without trupanion I could not afford to give JJ the care he needs. We are facing a major surgery early next week and Matt gave me the comfort I needed to know we will get through this. I can not thank Matt and trupanion enough. JJ is my furry child and his well being and comfort are the most important thing in the world to me. With all our hearts thank you.
