Matt showed empathy and compassion. Trupanion has been amazing and a good friend to JJ for the past 8 years. Every time we've needed trupanion the staff had been right there to comfort and look after us. I recommend trupanion to everyone I know. Not only for peace of mind but when your faced with a situation you are not financially prepared for trupanion makes sure you can properly care for your furry loved ones. JJ is my baby and without trupanion I could not afford to give JJ the care he needs. We are facing a major surgery early next week and Matt gave me the comfort I needed to know we will get through this. I can not thank Matt and trupanion enough. JJ is my furry child and his well being and comfort are the most important thing in the world to me. With all our hearts thank you.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. I called about my plan going up again this year almost 20 dollars a month. Lisa was a good listener and made me feel better after talking to her. I’m hoping the increase in cost does not continue every year but am still happy I have pet insurance for my fur baby.

I think Trupanion has great policies with regard to insuring your pet such as selecting the best sliding scale of rates vs. deductibles and for counting a particular condition as meeting the deductible for life of the pet as opposed to annually. I also had an awesome conversation with the rep Megan who was simply delightful to speak with. In short, I’m very happy I selected Trupanion to insure my dog.
