Pets Best gives me peace of mind.
I've had Pets Best for both my dogs for over 8 years. So happy with ease of turning in claims (vets do it for me) receive prompt feedback and or payments. It makes the emergency vet visits not as painful since I know we are covered. It also helps me financially care for my dogs. Overall really happy
I've been a member of Pets Best for 2 years now and on the overall I have been really happy..though now I am a upset as I found out that my pets "HOLISTIC" cancer meds are NOT covered under the plan, only his regular "chemical" medication is..the holistic meds offset the damage that the regular meds do and they really help him, so I really think they should be covered. I guess it's like human Insurance as long as it's chemicals it's covered but go the natural way it's NOT..off course we would put the chemical pharmaceuticals out of business if everybody was to go the natural way and heaven forbid we couldn't do that..so, we, the "natural "way people are being penalized and have to pay whether we can afford or not..to bad...n THAT way PETS BEST is the same as all others...
