I can't imagine not having NW Pet Insurance!!!
I am so glad that I have NW Pet Insurance for my Laci. I also had it for my prior dog Lexi who passed away 5 years ago. NW Pet Insurance is affordable and I tell all of my friends with pets about the great coverage, and encourage them to invest in NW's Pet Insurance. Thank you everyone with NW Pet Insurance. You guys were amazing! Our beloved Tabata ate a portion of her Kong and needed an emergency endoscopy to retrieve it before it reached her intestines. From calling the VET 1-800 line to filling out the paperwork, you were absolutely great. You saved us a lot of money from this unexpected and scary expense but moreover, we felt protected, supported and relieved when there was the need to make a decision. Love the High Level of Customer Service
We recently lost our cat to cancer. We didn't go the chemo route but did do some treatment for about 4 months. Nationwide was so great about covering the expenses associated with his treatment and euthanasia. They even automatically cancelled and refunded the prorated insurance payments after processing the euthanasia claim. We have three other cats (and plan to get more soon) that are covered as well and we have had great service from Nationwide. I recommend them to everyone who tells me they have pets. The peace of knowing if my pet is sick I will be able to afford treatment is huge. This is a wonderful service they provide. If paying monthly for something you won't always use seems high... You pet will age and will most likely get ill at some point. Even if its just covering blood work to make sure the loss of weight isn't something serious, you do not have to stress. I haven't had any issues with my claims being approved - normally within 2-3 weeks. I love the new direct deposit option as well. Keep up the high level of service and we will continue to be lifelong customers.

Excellent Service
Millie has had Nationwide pet insurance since the day we brought her into our family. After each vet visit I immediately file my claim. Once the yearly deductible has been met Nationwide immediately starts to pay me 90% of each invoice. I am very happy with Nationwide and would recommend it to any pet owner. We previously had VPI (Nationwide) insurance on our boxer and were very satisfied in payments received for her care and this is why I returned to Nationwide when we got Millie in April 2017. This is the only pet insurance company I will have.

Cubbie renal failure
My adjuster Reanna was extremely kind, communicative, responsive and professional. She was a real pleasure to deal with. And when i couldnt reach her, Candice jumped right in and didnt miss a beat. The Embrace staff are caring, empathic people who understand what a client with a sick furkid is going through. Ive had pet insurance through other carriers but am extremely happy i switched to Embrace!

Great Insurance
My dog recently broke hsi CCL that required an expensive knee surgery. ASPCA was able to reimburse that. Submitting a claim is very simple on the mobile app, although it took some time to process. But I'm very happy with their service so far. A agent even called to check up on my dog to see how he was doing.
