Pets Best is THE BEST!
Pets Best is the best pet insurance for my 3 year old AKC German Shepherd male dog! The coverage is good and claims are easy to file and if a refund is due the company explains clearly what IS or IS NOT covered and are fast in processing. My Shepherd began having seizures and all his blood work/MRI/ and current ongoing medications were/are covered under the plan I have after co pay if any is needed. I have used another pet insurance company with my other German Shepherds BUT I found Pets Best to be the BEST so for! :)

I HAVE HAD A FEW USES FOR THIS INSURANCE. TRUPANION IS THE BEST WHE IT COME TO PET INSURANCE. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANY PROUBLEMS WITH ANY CLAIMES I HAVE MADE. GREAT SERVICE AND A PLSURE TO TALK TO. Pets Best went above and beyond.
Filing the claim was very easy. I uploaded the vet bill invoice and noticed there was no diagnosis included. I listed the diagnosis myself and later found out from my vets office that Pets Best Ins took the time to call my vet to verify the diagnosis instead of just denying my claim! They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I have been very pleased with the expeditious payment on my claims.

Please at how quick and easy the claims process is.
This was my first claim experience with pet health insurance. I was a little sceptical at first, but now very glad I decided to give it a try. I was concerned that I hadn't received payment for quite some time, so I called and asked the lady about our claim. She said that payment went out Aug. 1st - today is Aug. 18th - to our account ending in 24. That was our savings account, & I had been looking at our checking account. I forgot we had set it up to go into savings. Just need to look at the correct account before starting to worry. Thank you Pets Best!
