Overall excellent experience with only small hiccups

Overall we are pleased with our experience and the coverage. its a relief knowing that we have coverage in the event something truly catastrophic were to happen. My only complaint would be the claims administration process. On three occasions, the claims processors have stated that my claims were not accompanied by a receipt. When i go back and review the email where i submitted the claim, all 3 had perfectly legible copies of the vet bill attached. All this does is take up extensive time on my part to re-research which claim is being referred to and re-submit and it feels like an attempt by progressive to get out of paying anything.

Good Coverage and Support - Slow Claim Processing

The coverage provided is good, and customer service is excellent. However, the processing time on claims (even those that are submitted electronically) is extremely slow - some of my claims have taken over 1 month to be processed and reimbursed.

I love Healthy Paws

I am so happy with my choice of Pet Insurers. Healthy Paws has been super easy to work with, they pay out claims very quickly without any back and forth. You simply take maybe 1 minute (?) submit your claim on line, answer a couple of questions, hit send, and done. When you need to speak with someone the people you speak with are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also love that they have a foundation associated with them and give back. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

My dog Lola is in Good Hands - PetBest have been excellent

I am very pleased with the service that PetBest have given to my dog Lola after her eye surgery. I was reimbursed as expected from the expenses we had with our dog. I had to submit an appeal because there were some information missing from my claim but at the end I had a very good impression on how everything was handled with courtesy and understanding. I am planning to get another dog soon and will enroll her in the insurance as soon as I get her. I am also recommending PetBest to my sister that recently got a puppy.

LOVE ASPCA pet insurance!

I've had ASPCA pet insurance for several years. We LOVE pets so much that if they get sick, there's never a thought of putting them down. If they are not terminally suffering... we try to fix them. That's why ASPCA is so vital for us to have, and when we are going through healthy times I know that a portion of my monthly payment goes to help other suffering and abused animals. I feel very good about that! I don't think any other pet insurance company donates hundreds of thousands, even millions, to organizations like the ASPCA. I FEEL GREAT supporting them as well as getting health insurance for my pets. It's a win/win! Plus the website and whole process is sooooo easy!
