if only they would offer human health insurance
The level of customer service offered by Trupanion is out of this world. Fast claims turn around and as I was just out of the hospital, an offer by Robee to call a clinic, complete a claim and submit was so welcomed.

Embrace does not discriminate on breed 🤗
My two Great Danes and I moved to California from Australia in 2015. I had amazing pet insurance in Australia and aimed to find the equivalent here in the US, which was not easy due to my dogs being such a large breed! After much research I signed up with Embrace, who do not discriminate based on size and breed. I have been with Embrace ever since and have never been disappointed with their services.

Love the quick handling of claims
I've had Dugall Embraced since 2015. Although I've submitted a few claims each year for minor stuff, I'd never met the deductible until this year. Things keep popping up with my boy (mostly skin related). I'm so glad i have this insurance because it helps me take care of him as best as I can especially since I'm on a fixed budget. The staff are always so nice if you call with questions and the quick handling of claims is wonderful! Keep up the good work, Embrace!

Going above and beyond
I have had Trupanion for my 6 yo Saint Bernard for over 5 years. He has had some ups and downs. If it wasn’t for Trupanion, we would have really had some tough decisions to make about proceeding with care. Trupanion helped make the decision a no-brainer. We have opted for treatment, and Trupanion has reimbursed us like they said they would.
