I have been happy
I have been happy with the service provided by Trupanion. In addition when I volunteer I pass along to people that they should consider getting pet insurance because it is very important these days of all the high costs to keep up a pet and I have seen many pets giving up when there's a health issue and try to remind people that they should look into pet insurance.

OUTSTANDING PET INSURANCE COMPANY
WE RECENTLY HAD TWO CLAIMS FOR THIS DOG "J J". THE STAFF AT EMBRACE WAS THOROUGH AND QUICK. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE. BEST OF ALL WE DID NOT HAVE TO KEEP ANSWERING QUESTIONS, NOR DID WE GO BACK AND FORTH REGARDING THE CLAIM. EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS.

Absolutely outstanding provider that we shall always have as long as we have a pet.
Have had Trupanion ever since our Pug was a puppy. Like most, we never want to use our insurance, however, we have had several occasions where we were very fortunate to have had the coverage. Incredible how helpful and responsive they are. Customer service is outstanding!

I've had multiple experiences with Pets Best over many years with multiple policies and with rare exception there is no one in the industry that does better. I recommend Pets Best at least weekly with our Customers and consumers I come in contact.

Claim submission is a breeze
I've had pet insurance with another company before & they were nothing short of a pain in the ass to deal with & they still denied several of my claims that they should have paid; I've had none of that with Trupanion, every interaction with this company has been great! Not having to worry about having to argue over every claim & continually follow up with multiple call backs has been worth it's weight in gold! And the claims submission process is a breeze! Awesome!
