Invoice Receipt & Acknowledgement Needs Fixed

I have filed several claims for our Lab and have received the anticipated reimbursements but not after some trouble every single time. There is no acknowledgement of receipt (or failure to receive) the invoice images until you wait 2 weeks for them to look at it and then just say they can't pay anything because they didn't get the receipts. Their mail server does not bounce anything back if it's over the limit. There is simply no response. I have had claims go on for months because I have to send the invoices, not get any response, then in 2 weeks I get the automated that they don't have the invoices and repeat the process. And they require FAX if the invoices don't come across. Who uses fax nowadays? They need a confirmation process on emails AND someone/process to respond that invoices were/were not received without making someone wait 2 weeks for every new communication.

We are glad we found Embrace, and have been impressed with the prompt, caring service by this company!

This is our first experience with having any pet insurance, and so far we are very happy to have chosen Embrace for our little cat's coverage! Embrace representatives have been excellent, prompt communicators, answering all of our questions and concerns. The Embrace website is very user-friendly and all claim information is kept current. We have been telling our pet-,owner friends about Embrace- you are an A+ company for us!

Payments are taking too long

I had to resubmit a surgical procedure that was not paid because no one requested the doctors soft notes. I have had to lay out a huge amount of money that is taking too long to reimburse. Up to this point everything was fine.

PROFESSIONAL

i AM SO GRATEFUL THAT i PURCHASED THIS PET INSURANCE WHEN i RESCUED ROXIE. Little did I know at the time that she would end up with a couple of health issues. When I've had to file a claim the service people I have spoken to are always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They have never let me down.
