Prompt, courteous, easy to use!
Customer service is very helpful. Very prompt claim process. Love that claims can be submitted online and you can also receive your claim check through text, makes it all so easy. I have has pet insurance with Nationwide since it was VPI and the service has always been great. Pet medical care can be so expensive, having pet insurance helps lessen the burden that some of the medical bills place on owners, especially if you have more than one pet.

Always there for me.
Nationwide has been nothing but a huge help when it comes to my cat, Mozzie. When first getting the insurance, I was assuming that I wouldn’t use it and after the 1 year was over I’d cancel. But little did I know that Mozzie would have a chronic oral issue from a very young age. From the beginning Nationwide has been there to help me with the costs of all of Mozzie’s treatments. I now know that I will never have to worry about the quality of care I am able to provide my pet because I know Nationwide will be there for me and Mozzie, and if any questions come up, they are there to help!

Wonderful
I thank God I have Trupanion for my fur baby. I have had many claims this year. Claim process is quick and easy, reimbursements very fast. Only complaint they don’t reimburse for office visit or vaccines. Especially love their vet pay.

Worst experience with insurance companies
We have submitted several documents, including screen shots from VCA of all payments made to the VCA for our pet Harley. Yet, we still have not been fully reimbursed from our insurance. Look at the documents, all the information is there. Every time I call, I get the run around. I would not recommend.

Fantastic pet insurance
I have had several claims made on this policy. And so easy to submit a claim. I have never been declined or asked for additional information. Claims were processed timely and direct deposit for reimbursement is awesome. You just can't go wrong insuring your pet.
