So dependable

It is hard to find a service that has been as dependable as Nationwide / vpi has been for pet insurance. They are fair and responsive for all claims I've submitted in the ~3years I've had them. I love my cat and with this insurance I'll never be put in a position where the cost of care becomes unmanageable. I hope my experience thus far with them lasts forever.

Excellent Service

I submitted a claim for a hospitalization for my almost 6 month old puppy. I put in an incorrect email address for the vet (he had to see the emergency vet and not his regular vet, I put in the regular vet email). I called and spoke with a customer service representative. She was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my puppy. I even received an email the next day stating they hoped he was doing well. I have not received the EOB statement yet so I cannot speak to what they covered of the visit but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received and the care she showed for my puppy.

Quick claims processing is awesome!

I am very happy with how quickly Trupanion processes my claims and sends me a reimbursement check. They work great with my vet and get the job done quickly and clearly. It definitely gives me peace of mind, knowing that if something bad pops up with my pets health, Trupanion will be there for us.

Thank God for Embrace Pet Insurance

My 5 year old Dachshund who has been an Embrace Pet Insurance member for 3 coverage years. He uses his Wellness benefit yearly with his yearly checkups and flea and tick preventatives. On July 30, 2018 he had his first herniated disc. Rushed to Purdue University Small Animal Hospital 2 hrs away he had surgery the next day. His bill from his veterinarian as well as his $4700.00 bill from his surgery and hospitalization were uploaded (love that) and processed very quickly. Although there was a slight hiccup, after a discussion with Embrace phone representative and then claim supervisor the entire claim was handled. I was very impressed with their member service representative who was the epitome of a compassionate and caring person. The premiums are very reasonable as compared to Nationwide that they had previously. I am very glad I switched my Dachshunds over to Embrace!

Amazing
