Easy to deal with.
I recommend Trupanion regularly to the members of a rescue Facebook group. In 5 years I have not had any problems making a claim. The claims are resolved and money in the bank very quickly. I especially like that the deductible is per illness for life and not per year. I find this company very easy to deal with and the premiums are reasonable.

Pets Best made a bad situation better.
The claims process worked very well for us. We were in a bad place when are boy, Foy, injures his leg in an accident and the had to have it amputated. You guys made a bad situation better and always showed concern for our family member. Thanks for that.

I got pet insurance right when I got my dog as a puppy, I was hoping I would never have to use it but unfortunately I did and the service I recieved was amazing. They filed my claim quickly and reimbursed me just as fast. I absolutely love the ASPCA insurance and will use them with all my future pets, thank you so much!
