Vet hospital misinterpreted my dog breed
I had a problem with the Vet hospital misrepresenting my dog breed. I have been with Trupanion for 9.5 years. Kacie resolved my problem within a day. She really is a very pleasant person to deal with. She even listened while I rambled on about my dog Petey. Wonderful customer service.
