Hassle free.
Hassle free. Have my policy number to my Vets office and they took care of the rest, my next involvement was an email saying it was accepted towards my annual deductible.

Prompt service.
Promptness to interact with me. I scanned the claim and submitted it email. They sent me a quick response that it was not readable and gave me detailed instructions on how to resubmit the claim. I mailed the claim on submission #2. Within a few days I received an email stating the claim was being processed and within a few days from that email I received an email with documentation if the claim processed and notification it was being deposited into bank account. Very satisfied with service.

Would like more notification on reimbursement.
I found out that my claim had been paid when I checked my credit card statement. I just was surprised that I hadn't received notice from Pets Best. It's not a big problem but it would have been nice to be notified.
