This was the first time I had put through a claim for my pet who was in the hospital for 5 days. The paperwork was sent in and before I knew it the check was in my account. Awesome group. Caring people.

Horrible not to call back they pull the payment out for both of my dogs I’ve never gotten reimbursement for any of my vets visit First I was told they did not receive them then I was told the vet had to do them and all being said receive nothing

Can not say enough great things about Trupanion!!!
This insurance has been a life savior for my family. Mollywas diagnosed with Epilepsy and wicked skin allergies under a year old. Trupanion has been there for us year after year and has provided us excellent service. I love how I get to actually speak with someone right away with such compassion and knowledge. I always get a sincere "How's Molly?" when I call. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Trupanion is. Anyone with a furbaby should strongly consider getting this insurance. It is VERY affordable and there are no loopholes in coverage, not to mention how much money we have saved on visits and prescriptions. Molly takes 9 pills a day, yes, 9 pills a day and they are covered at 90% for as long as she needs them. Yes... 90%!!!! Just call and speak to someone, you'll see why they are so great.
