Everyone I have spoken to on the phone so far has been very helpful and understanding. they'really seem to care and show compassion to myself and my little Yorky who is going through health issues. I like being known that I'm not another case number on the computer!

Trupanion's response was amazing. We arrived back from the Central Animal Hospital in Victoria around midnight and found a reassuring message on our phone which directed us to the document on the computer showing the amount that Trupanion would be paying. Thank you - beyond efficient.

HealthyPaws Stepped in when I needed them the most
I recently had my kitty develop a Urinary obstruction. I learnt from the vets that this was life threatening and a very common thing among young-adult male cats! We love our cat and there was no question that we want to provide him with the best medical care for something this serious. He ended up having to stay in the ER for 24hrs with doctors doing everything to help him get through this. In all this chaos, HealthyPaws was there when I needed them - right from making it as simple as being able to upload my cat's medical records from my phone using an app to reaching out to the vet to get some missing medical record themselves, they took away our tension of worrying about the financial logistics of this traumatic experience. My interaction with their representatives was very pleasant, the person I spoke to was kind enough to ask how my pet was doing. And made me feel like they really cared. I got the reimbursement within just a few days of my case being reviewed making things less stressful for me. This is my first experience with any pet insurance company and I am glad I picked the best in the business. I would anyday recommend HealthyPaws to anyone who needs a good pet insurance to have your back when you need it the most.

So Glad We Got This Insurance
This insurance is affordable and they are quick to respond to all claims. I have to say having insurance for my ESA pup has been a life savor she has had to have surgery on both her hind legs, she had a ruptured acl in both legs about a year apart, which ran us around $3000.00 for both legs and with out this insurance I am sure we would still be paying for it, not to mention the injections she will now need for the rest of her life. I can honestly say without this insurance we would be struggling to get her medical needs taken care of. I would give my last penny for my pup but now I don't have to thanks to Nation wide pet insurance. I highly recommend this to all animal lovers.

I have been satisfied
I have been satisfied in every regard in my association with Trupanion. EXCEPT THE CONSTANT INCREASE IN MY PREMIUM. I am told that has nothing to do with dog's increasing age but as a retired senior it is difficult. HOWEVER, MY CLAIMS HAVE BEEN TREATED FAIRLY...IT HAS HELPED IMMENSELY AND I WILL INSURE MY NEXT DOG TOO.
