My husband bought this policy through his employer benefits and I was very skeptical at first. I was wrong. The coverage and service have been exceptional. We just added coverage for our new puppy as well.

Insurance that Acts Like a Friend
Nationwide insurance has been nothing but wonderful while I care for my Berner boy’s health. Every interaction has been positive including claim submission, customer service questions, and claim response timeliness. I work in the healthcare profession (orthopedics), and dealing with insurance is often difficult for both providers and patients. My expectations were a bit jaded, but I’ve been so impressed, and truly feel like you care about my dog, and me. Always a great experience!
I had Sweet Pea for 5 years with no illnesses or claims. This year has been a physical disaster.! She has had a progressive hind end weakness (orthopaedist, neurologist, MRI, etc), a vaginal reconstruction surgery, and now has High Blood Pressure to get regulated. Pets Best has been wonderful....good payment, prompt reimbursement, easy to file a claim. I have also had great experience with customert service. This year she wouldn't have gotten the care she4 deserves without Pets Best!
