ASPCA has been GREAT pet insurance! I have had ASPCA now through two different cats, and they have just been the best. When I lost my first cat, they were so sweet and kind, it was like dealing with my best friends. When I adopted my new cat (remember: Make Adoption Your First Option!!!), they were so happy to welcome my new addition into the ASPCA family! They are always prompt with answers to my questions, and the few times that payments have been held up the representatives with whom I spoke on the phone worked hard to find out where the holdups were and to do their best to expedite payment. Their premiums are very reasonable, and their tiered system assures that I buy only the amount of insurance I feel I need. If my cats could talk, I'm sure they would give ASPCA Pet Insurance "Two Paws Up!"

Trupanion’s online claim filing tool makes things easy. Covered expenses are handled with no problems. Those on the phones are also pleasant and help check claim statuses as well as help with logging into the member portal

Amazing and easy experience
My dog was hit by a car and although she somehow walked away (ran away really) from the incident we decided to bring her to the vet to get checked out. Our pup seemed fine but the vet wanted to run multiple tests to make sure she wasn’t suffering from internal injuries. I was hesitant due to the potential costs of the procedures until I spoke with Trupanion who was very understanding and explained my coverage to me. They answered every question I had and reassured me they were there to help -(and actually was). Thankfully we got the tests done because our pup had a bruised liver and a collapsed lung, and required her to stay in the hospital overnight. Since then I have spoken with 3+ members from the Trupanion team and I always get off the phone in a better mood than I was before (which rarely if ever happens when calling my own health insurance company). I was especially relieved when I found out the deductible I pay now will most likely apply to any future problems with her liver and lung AND my monthly payments will not go up because I submitted a claim. (I’ll make sure to edit this review if it does**)

I am glad that I have nationwide insurance
Always have found nationwide to be fair and just and a good asset to my pets’ health. Easy to submit and timely reimbursements. Generally receive email that claim was received after 2-4 days from online submission through VitusVet then another 2-3 weeks to receive the reimbursement (or denial)

Very efficient
I have had insurance for 2 years now. Their coverage is amazing. I’ve never had a payment issue, a denial or bad service. My dog had surgery a few months back and all payments went through quickly and without question. I’m very thankful to have this insurance for Stella!

Nationwide Pet Insurance is AWESOME! I've recommended to everyone I know
Shiro and I love, love, LOVE Nationwide Pet Insurance. They have always been there for Shiro when he got sick, hurt, or just needed his annual check-ups. They are clear and concise and I have personally never had a problem with any of my claims. The reason I got Nationwide for Shiro was after I witnessed my friend's 8 week old puppy getting hit by a car. Having Peyton insured with Nationwide made a stressful situation a little more comforting. Nationwide was incredible throughout my friend's ordeal with her pup. Peyton fortunately recovered and the hefty vet bills were covered in their entirety. Having Nationwide pet insurance provides me with peace of mind. Especially, since you never know when something might happen.
