The best support team
The claim was easy. The rep handle it very from vet and after that i got called from rep what was said to vet. I am so happy with Trupanion. My Kellie needed special care from several symptoms. The hospital wanted down deposit before hand. I put in first 1500.00 and after 3 days they wanted another 4000.00 to continue treatments. I can understand from hospitals point of view getting their money for the cares done. So I said I have insurance with Trupanion. Immediately hospital called Trupanion with forms and responded with a call saying she was approved for highest cost care to continue with treatments. I was so relieved from financial stand point where Trupanion stepped in to take my mind off of the that and focus on Kellie.

I must say, Healthy Paws saved my dogs life. This pet insurance company is the most awesome company EVER!!!. They are wonderful on the phones, the people answering them and answering your questions...they are so incredibly helpful. They are pretty much always there for you. They are so quick in receiving vet invoices and viewing them and sending you your check. SO QUICKLY. I am in awe of Healthy Paws. The best company ever. My doggie "Jazzy" had a torn ACL last year, that was $6,000.00 and Healthy Paws paid 90%. And Jazzy tore the other ACL 3 weeks ago and the bill was over $4,000.00. And Healthy Paws paid 90%. And quickly. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who has an animal. I have been with them for over 5 years and they really care about your pet...send birthday greetings to them, etc. They email to see how your pet is doing, etc. I really don't know why anyone who has a pet would not get pet health insurance. We, the parents of our pets, have insurance, why wouldn't they? They are are family, our babies. You cannot afford NOT to get insurance. Things happen to pets, like humans. Keep them insured so you can afford to have your pets get the best veterinary care possible. It makes me so so sad that some people can't afford vet care for their pets, so they put them to sleep. That causes anxiety and mental stress on the person who has to go to the vet to put their pet to sleep, why???? because you couldn't afford it? And to let go of the one pet you love and cherish and who loves you back unconditionally??? Highly highly recommend Healthy Paws. I love them!!!! They are my security blanket and my pet (Jazzy's) security blanket. You can sleep well knowing that your pet is insured with Healthy Paws. Love them!! These are truly my own words. I had to submit my first claim with Pets Best and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to get my reimbursement. I unfortunately will have more claims to submit because I just learned that the mass removed was malignant, but this is why I took out pet insurance in the first place. Thank you for such prompt service!
