Absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made for me and my pets
Having a Dog is one of the best things that life offers. My dogs are the only family I have. I wanted the best care for them possible and vet bills can be extremely expensive. Their health is extremely important and a top priority! I was searching for pet insurance and I was referred by a neighbor to Nationwide. They not only had the best to offer but have been extremely nice and personal when it comes to my fur babies! They really do care! I’m am extremely grateful for Nationwide and will continue to refer ALL of my friends with pets to them! Thank you for all that you do Nationwide! Thank you for taking care of my fur babies extremely easy on me and my pocket!

Thank god for pets best
I cannot day enough good things! Our first claim was an emergancy, a cancer diagnosis that, left untreated, would result in us having to put our 6 year old lab down. IF it wasn’t for pets best quick response time and coverage we would have never been able to afford and move forward with the life saving amputation he needed. The women I spoke to daily to check my claim status were compassionate and as helpful as they could be. They saved his life and I am forever grateful.

Good luck getting them to cover anything
Customer service is unhelpful... they will find any way possible to not cover a claim... they denied my claim without doing their due diligence in requesting medical records... ... but they never miss a deadline to debit your account for premiums. Worst. Pet. Insurance. Company. Ever.

Answered most of my questions.
The questions that he could not answer were followed up via email. Not only did he answer questions but was very personable. In todays world people can be abrupt when answering questions. He made me feel like we could be friends and he would be the one I would call to help me out again.. Thanks for the good service.

Fast reimbursement.
