Pets Best allowed us to get the necessary care for our boys.
We signed up with Pets Best thinking we'd probably need to make a claim once our boys got older. We thought we were just being proactive for later on in life. We certainly didn't think a year later we'd find ourselves needing life saving emergency surgery for one of them. However, that is exactly what happened and we are so grateful we had Pets Best to help us. The claim process was so simple and straightforward. We were given an estimated timeline and information on what we could expect next after the claim was filled. Within 7 days our reimbursement was deposited into our bank. Knowing that we were able to financially provide the best care available for our boy during his time of crisis was priceless.

The refund was fair
The refund was fair and the people helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a full 10 is because I was told by my vet (who is partnered with Trupanion) that everything was sent. After waiting, I contacted Trupanion and they still needed some paperwork. I would have expected a call or email if something was holding up my claim.

Unfortunately I've had to file 4 claims. All claims went smoothly. Trupanion has paid what my policy states with no questions asked. They even sent a get well card to my psychotic dog that keeps swallowing rocks no matter what precautions I take! Thank you Trupanion.
